Joseph believes in treating the whole body and going beyond the surface to make sure he successfully diagnoses holistically and prescribes the correct treatment. Having both traditional and psychological experience helps him look at the mind and the body, understanding the relationship between the mental and physical aspects of medicine.
Joseph received a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from The University of Arizona before earning a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center in Ft. Worth. He has continued his professional development focusing on Interprofessional Education to learn how to best partner with a medical team in multiple treatment scenarios and also focused on additional Geriatric Education, focusing on community based outreach in order to address early exposure for issues in older adults.
In Joseph’s free time he likes to volunteer, cook with his wife, travel, and exercise.
